How to make any green leafy vegetable tasty

Green leafy vegetable (GLV) is an important part of a balanced diet. They are highly nutritious and all of us try to include them in our diet one way or another, whether we like them or not.

Bored of the same old Salad you make out of green leafy vegetables? Wanna try some new recipe with amazing flavour? Then, this is a must try!

 Just add this masala, in order to make any GLV tasty.

To make the masala:

  • Take a pan and heat up some oil.
  • Fry 10 red chillies (Byadagi chilli-a variety of chilli available in Karnataka, India).
  • Then take a mixer jar. In it, add a small cup of roasted ground nuts after removing the peel and the fried red chillies , 1 cup (same cup which was used to add groundnut) fried gram, 1 cup (same cup which was used to add groundnut) dry coconut , 10 to 12  coves of garlic, some dry curry leaves and grind them into fine powder.
  • Add as required to the cooked leafy vegetable and mix well.

Ready to serve!
