How to make Potato fingers that look and taste like fish fingers

That moment when you walk into the kitchen and see what looks like fish fingers but it turns out to be potato fingers. And you think, will this even taste as good and then you find out it tastes amazing!
                                   
 
Ingredients:

1/2 kg potato
1 pound brown bread
Pepper powder
Red chilly powder
Pasta Mix
All purpose flour(maida)
Corn flour
Coriander leaves
Salt

How to prepare?

Step1:
Boil the potatoes.
Then peel and put them in a bowl.
Step 2:
Make bread crumbs out of the brown bread.
Step 3:
Add 1/4th of the bread crumbs into the bowl of smashed potatoes .
Then, add pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon, pasta mix- 1/2 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons of chilly powder, salt as per taste and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Make a dough out of the the above mixture.
Step 4:
Grease your hands with oil and make small balls out of the dough and shape the balls into fingers.
 Step 5:
Make a mixture  of corn flour and water (let the consistency be watery).
Set aside , in one plate all purpose flour(maida) and in another plate bread crumbs.
Step 6:
Roll the potato fingers in  all purpose flour , then, dip it in the corn starch mixture and  then coat them with bread crumbs.

Step  7:
Freeze them in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes .
Deep fry them.
Ready to serve with mayonnaise or ketchup.
